Free places at Transforming the Youth Workforce... →
CWDC are offering 15 free places for Third Sector organisations at the Transforming the Youth Workforce Conference on 28 January 2010. The free places will go to organisations who can demonstrate that attendance at the conference will improve their capacity to deliver services to young people.

Sported is a one stop shop, providing funding and organisational development support to groups that use sport to improve the lives of young people in disadvantaged communities.
They are currently running in three areas of the UK (London, the West Midlands and Cornwall), but aim to have a national presence by 2012.

HM Inspectorate of Prisons and the Youth Justice Board (YJB) today published the fifth report of the experiences of children and young people in prison custody. The report draws together findings from surveys of every juvenile prison establishment in England and Wales during 2008/09.

An unprecedented coalition of Government, industry and charities today launched the first UK internet safety strategy, to help children and young people stay safe online. The Click Clever Click Safe strategy was launched by the Prime Minister at UK Council for Child Internet Safety Summit.
